I like swimming, biking, chicken tenders and most of all, running. I train mainly for triathlons but try to fit in running seasons when I can. I love to race people much faster than me and get disappointed with my results. It makes me work harder for the next race. I train and race with the Georgetown Running Company team and Team DC Tri/Snapple.
So...when you said training update tomorrow you really meant not tomorrow?
